Cancellation by MusclesMeals
We may be unable to accept and may cancel orders at our discretion, without assigning reasons. Reasons may include product unavailability, pricing errors, or issues identified by our credit and fraud team. We may require additional verification or info before acceptance. If canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your account. You accept our cancellation decisions without dispute.
Cancellation by the User
You may request cancellation, and we may accept or reject at our discretion. If the order is unprocessed, we will cancel and refund the amount within a reasonable period. Only one cancellation is allowed in 24 hours. Processed orders may not be canceled; we decide processing status, and you agree not to dispute our decision.
Bulk Orders
We may cancel orders classified as ‘Bulk Orders’ per our criteria, e.g., products not for self-consumption but resale, multiple orders for the same product to the same address, bulk quantities, invalid addresses, or malpractice. Reward points or promo codes used for bulk orders are non-refunded.
