Delivery Issues

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to your absence or inability to receive the package, the logistics provider may reattempt delivery or require you to collect the package from a designated location.

  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of products after delivery is completed, as per the logistics provider’s records.

Cancellations

  • By You: You may request cancellation before the order is processed. We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at our discretion. If unprocessed, we will cancel and refund the full amount within a reasonable period. Only one cancellation is allowed within 24 hours. Processed orders cannot be canceled, and our decision on processing status is final and binding.

  • By Us: We may cancel orders at our sole discretion due to unavailability of products, pricing errors, or other reasons. If canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card or original payment method. You agree not to dispute our cancellation decisions.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
